Great Lakes Commercial Roofing LLC, a commercial and industrial roof restoration company, seeks an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are interested in someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping others. Our Ideal Administrative Assistant:
- Experience: 2+ years of office, administrative, clerical, or executive assistant experience; previous roofing or construction experience is helpful. Notary certification is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Ability to use spreadsheets in Excel; able to learn & operate IOS and Apple software.
- Initiative: Self-motivated; someone who can fulfill job responsibilities with periodic check-ins and supervision.
- Dependable: Someone who shows up on time and demonstrates good judgment when making decisions independently.
- Professional: Will conduct oneself in a positive, professional manner. Follows Great Lakes Commercial Roofing's cultural statement about conduct and appearance.
- Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes and to learn from them, driven to work hard, and cultivate good relationships with coworkers and customers.
