Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Support Engineer- AutoCad to provide comprehensive technical support for AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems. This role involves assisting customers with technical issues, providing training on software tools, and ensuring seamless integration of BIM processes within our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD, experience with AUD & SDS software, and excellent customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. AutoCAD Support
o Provide technical assistance to users of AutoCAD software, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
o Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates.
o Create and maintain documentation related to AutoCAD procedures and best practices.
2. AUD & SDS on top of AutoCAD

3. Customer Support
o Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to AutoCAD and BIM.
o Address and resolve customer support tickets in a timely manner, providing clear and effective solutions.
o Develop and deliver training sessions or webinars to educate customers on software features and best practices.
4. Documentation and Reporting
o Create and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
o Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
o Generate reports on common issues and user feedback to improve support processes and software functionality.
5. Collaboration and Improvement
o Work closely with the development and product management teams to
provide feedback on software performance and user needs.
o Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new software
updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support for AutoCAD
support.
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused
approach.
Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
