Local Arizona Commercial General Contractor with a strong presence in Phoenix is actively seeking a Project Manager to lead their projects through completion.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing Commercial Construction projects ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage clients, vendors, and field staff throughout projects.
Select Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor and client performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
