Are you a Quality Supervisor from a Manufacturing background looking for an immediately available 6 month contract role with the view to go permanent for a market leading manufacturing company?
My client is a global supplier of bearings, machined parts and metal stampings, due to an increase in their workload they are now looking for a Quality Supervisor where they manage a team of Quality Inspectors whilst reporting into the Quality Manager.
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining, implementing and improving Quality Program. You will be responsible for the development and conduction of training, whilst ensuring CI throughout the Manufacturing facility.
This role would suit a Quality Supervisor/Manager from a Manufacturing background that lives within a commutable distance to Worcester who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract with the view to go permanent for a market leading manufacturer of bearings.
The Role:
- Drive continuous improvement through execution of improvement activities such as PIT Teams, capability studies, Gage R&R etc.
- Serve as a member of the APQP team, bringing TQM tools to use in the pre-production process and improving the effectiveness of APQP
- Immediately available, days based contract role with the view to go permanent
The Person:
- Quality Supervisor/Manager
- Manufacturing background (any Bearings, Machined Parts Manufacturing experience is advantageous)
