As an Enterprise Architect, you will be leading the design and implementation of the Kore.AI platform. You will be responsible for understanding the functional requirements, translated them into a technical architecture using Kore.AI platform and design the various upstream and downstream integrations.""
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the Technical Architecture documents and design approaches using the various tools
Translate the business requirements to technical specifications that can be used by the teams to design & develop
Define implementation approaches, algorithms and code structure to meet the requirements
Lead in the analysis, design, and implementation planning of the technical/business solution
Architect experience and responsibility includes defining, prototyping and recommending the technology solutions, detailing the implementation design and identifying interfaces with other products for integration
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in building large enterprise scale applications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in integrating Cloud / SaaS solutions with other legacy/on-prem Enterprise apps
Must Have: Experience in building Contact Center applications using Kore.AI, Genesys, Nice or other modern Contact Center platforms
Must Have: Experience with the Kore.AI platform or similar conversational AI platforms
Must Have: Experience with scaling and performance of large systems and web applications
Must Have: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Must Have: Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Must Have: Experience in Java, Node JS, Java Script, Jquery, HTML 5, CSS3, Redis/MangoDB, Web Sockets.
Must Have: Experience in defining/creating/consuming SOAP & RESTful web services.
Must Have: Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots
Must Have: Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP
Must Have: Experience in various authentication and authorization frameworks
Must Have: UI development experience in Angular /React
Good to Have: Kore.AI Certificaitons
Good to Have: Any Chatbot development experience
Good to Have: Open Source code contribution
