Our client, a life sciences leader, is looking to bring on an Customer Service/Call Center representative, starting ASAP through January 2025. This role will be 100% onsite in Marlborough, MA.
This person MUST HAVE Experience:
- Salesforce/service max case experience
- Call center experience - heavier on emails with strong typing skills
- Experience with Microsoft office applications
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
- Records details about customer inquiries.
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. (3-5 years of experience)
- Call Center Representative - acts as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support.
- Responsible for placing/ answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED and 0-2 years of experience
- Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking/problem solving ability
- Ability to think clearly and quickly and empathize in high-pressure situations
- Tenacity & creativity in handling customer issues
