Salary range: DOE Base $70K~80K

Job description:
· Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Manage executives’ calendars and set up meeting
· Make travel and accommodation arrangements
· Schedules meetings based on staff and room availability
· Keep up with office supply inventory
· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Qualification:
· Excellent communicator both in English and Japanese (read/write/ speak)
· 3 or more years of experience in administrative roles required
· Excellent MS Office knowledge is big plus
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Multitasker. Work independently with minimal supervision
· Work experience in Japanese oriented company highly preferred
