• 6-mont CONTRACT position with possibility of extension
• HYBRID work schedule in Omaha, NE – 50% of time per week in office
• SALARY: $30 - $38 per hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· 3+ years of HRIS work experience
· Workday HCM experience required
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Strong understanding of business workflow, system configuration, and software development and implementation
· Knowledge and understanding of HRIS functional areas
Preferred Knowledge:
· Azure, ServiceNow, or similar
· Programming languages such as Microsoft Visual Basic, C# or ASP
· Human Resource laws and practices
· Workday Training
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of HR systems, with a focus on Workday HCM. You’ll drive system enhancements, maintain data integrity, and deliver high-quality service to internal customers.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
· Design, build, test, maintain, and enhance business processes within HRIS according to company policies and guidelines
· Produce and manage Workday inbound and outbound integrations using Reporting, Connectors, and Workday Studio
· Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, integrations, security, and external systems
· Coordinate or support the needs of other teams that impact HR systems
· Continuously increase technical knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums
