Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to all stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing commercial, healthcare, retail, or education construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, safety standards, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
