Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
- Create and maintain accurate records in personnel databases.
- Maintain multiple extensive spreadsheets, stay current and detailed with input information.
- Scan and input records, researching any found discrepancies.
- Process one or more document types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Receive, track, and monitor documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
- Enter data and produce reports using other standard office automation or department-specific computer applications.
- Initiate and reply to routine correspondence related to the area of responsibility.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- A minimum of 2-3 years of prior high-level Administrative support, ideally in an on-site project team environment OR in the Construction / Engineering field(s)
- Maintain timely and accurate data entry.
- Must be detail-oriented, hard-working and organized.
