This role will support the Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. This includes providing assistance with day to day continuous improvement projects, capital projects, reliability programs, change control, and documentation. The engineer will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Technical Services, and Engineering as needed to complete the requested tasks.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s level degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience with Equipment Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering helpful (on the production floor)
- 0–3 years of experience within a pharmaceutical environment preferred
- Will also accept candidates who are in their final year of an engineering program or pursuing their Master’s degree in an engineering program.
Ideal Candidate would have:
- Knowledge of respective reliability techniques, practices, precedents, theory and principles.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing, packaging, or utility systems/equipment.
- Basic understanding of equipment reliability principles, maintenance work processes, and the interfaces with other functional groups.
