Salesforce Administrator
TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a contract-to-hire Salesforce Administrator. This position is remote.
Salesforce Administrator Job Summary:
- Perform daily administration and support tasks including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce system security, including user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and access settings.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide frontline support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user problems.
Salesforce Administrator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration within an enterprise-level organization.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment, familiar with Kanban and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
