Are you a NJ licensed M&A Attorney looking for your next move? A rapidly growing North NJ law firm is seeking to make an addition to its group. The group handles mid-market work and very sophisticated matters. The position allows for a hybrid schedule and more remote work given to experienced candidates. The ideal candidate will have:
· At least 3-4 years of M&A experience (dealing with equity plans, resolutions, operating agreements, formations, etc.)
· The ability to develop relationships with clients
· A strong desire to grow and develop
· License to practice law in New Jersey
