Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.
- Operate fork lift trucks
- Compare material to packing slips and packing slips to purchase order to ensure proper quantity and parts were received.
- Report material discrepancies to supervisor as instructed.
- Receive material into QAD system.
- Deliver received material to appropriate shop location
- Follow established procedures to prepare Material for shipping per sales order and\or routing sheets; process all necessary shipping documentation and forms.
- Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition and report faulty operation or defective material to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift Certification
- One to two years related experience and/or training.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Basic problem solving or troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with a team.
