The role that we will need to fill is for someone who can assist the Senior Director with the day to day activities of supporting Flex PLM with all of Design, PD, Technical Design and Merchandising functions. They understand the sense of urgency for return of replies to emails, in person inquiries and is able to hop on the phone and walk through questions/issues with the team as well as summarize problems for the IT support team.
Responsibilities:
- PLM support- Navigate the system and identify business process vs functional bugs
- Understand supply chain E2E processes, with business experience ideal
- Clearly be able to communicate process flows and define new process together with the business
- Recommendations of business process with prior experience
- Manage the Next Generation PLM Help Mailbox
- Create tickets and communicate effectively with IT support
- Document screen shots & testing outline/walk thru explanations
- Proof of testing by documenting the identified issue
- Describe the issue and explain to the user community status updates of fixes
- Understand the urgency of the issue levels- high, medium, low
- Outline the required results/work with team to define
- Business process suggestions to be reviewed with Director, prior to the business
- Review issues logs with Director during weekly recaps
- Write up messaging to the users on any and all FLEX plm outages
- Summarize updates from the monthly updates - outline details of enhancements and workarounds; resolved bugs
- Work with the development team weekly on progress to the tickets and business user requests
- Vendor Support- tracking all vendor relationships in FLEX PLM
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, 2 years of relevant experience in field
- Familiar with PLM and have previous experience with it
- Excellent administrative skills
- Communications and teamwork skills
- Can work efficiently in a timely manner
