POSITION SUMMARY:
Collaborate with the Vice President, Special Projects to produce captivating events and experiences for pop-up events and sponsorship opportunities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Vendor procurement & management
- Creation and management of production timelines
- Ensuring sponsorship deliverables are incorporated within events
- Generating CAD drawings, fabrication mock-ups for internal and partner approvals
- Overseeing load-in/load-out procedures for all events
- Participating in vendor and partner walkthroughs when necessary
- Ensuring overall event quality and managing any necessary last-minute changes
- Work with Special Projects Event Manager on accounting and payment management with vendors for sponsorship deliverables. Additionally, compose comprehensive summaries of sponsorship activations, covering production, PR, and social media CRMs.
- Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
- 2-4 years of onsite event and/or agency experience
- Highly self-motivated
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering outputs of the highest quality
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating tact and assertiveness, and the ability to engage effectively at all levels within a complex environment
- Possesses strong entrepreneurial skills

- Proficient in Adobe Suite and CAD knowledge preferred
