Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to divorce and family law matters, including legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, negotiating settlements, conducting motions, and participating in depositions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law, particularly in the domain of Family Law
- Experience in handling various legal issues related to divorce and family law matters
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing for court hearings
- Ability to effectively argue and present cases in court
- Experience in filing motions and participating in depositions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
