Job Title: Media Analytics & Insight Specialist
Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid, 3 Days On-Site)
Duration: 6-month Contract*
Rate: $60-75/hr, DOE

You will be joining the Insights team in our El Segundo office, with a flexible hybrid working model allowing work from another location 2 days a week.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
Lead campaign performance evaluation. This includes:
- Performing data analysis and interpretation of media campaign performance across Television, Online Video, and Paid Social
- Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness
- Creating detailed and comprehensive reports on media performance including sales lift, highlighting insights, trends, and areas for improvement
Provide actionable recommendations that lead to in-season media optimization. This includes:
- Using sound analyses to guide optimization strategies and adjustments
- Collaborating with media, marketing, and sales team members to optimize spend and improve campaign outcomes
- Communicating findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to drive data-informed decision making
- Addressing ad-hoc analytic request and provide insights to support media execution
Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in media and campaign analytics with a focus on TV, OLV, and Paid Social
- Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing media campaigns with a strong understanding of media metrics and KPIs
- Skilled with data visualization and formulas within Tableau
- Skilled in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities for presentation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Degree (or equivalent) in a business related area, e.g. Marketing, Statistics, Data Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Alteryx experience is preferred, but not required.
