Position: Department Coordinator
Location: Franklin, TN
AimHire is partnering with a leading Real Estate Development client to find a dedicated Department Coordinator for their Construction and Warranty team. This position is based in Franklin, TN, and operates from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily. This role requires strong administrative experience and organizational skills! This indefinite contract role offers the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to construction-related calls and email inquiries.
- Assist with the permitting process, liaising with municipalities to secure permits for new construction projects.
- Maintain and organize Home Care and Construction documentation, including the creation of binders and "walk" books.
- Process invoices for Home Care and Construction, including homeowner reimbursements.
- Handle HVAC warranty information and correspondence.
- Distribute surveys, vendor packets, and Customer Experience Touchpoint (CET) materials, including welcome letters as needed.
- Oversee work orders for Home Care and Special Projects, including conducting research as necessary.
- Manage the archiving process for Home Care and Construction documents, including front desk relief duties and the uploading of Certificates of Occupancy.
- Scan and maintain construction plans and related documents.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- Homebuilding or real estate experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation:
- $24-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
