I am hiring for my client, a prominent Attorney Firm based in Colorado for Personal Injury OR Class Action litigation attorneys here in Colorado. Primary Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury OR Class Action cases, including preparation and presentation of cases in court.
- Conduct thorough case investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses.
- Develop and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Maintain a high level of client communication and provide legal advice throughout the litigation process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends to effectively advocate for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited, prominent law school in the United States.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with the ability to obtain licensure in Colorado.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation OR class action experience
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and deliver successful outcomes.
- Willingness to relocate to Colorado (we can provide some relocation assistance).
- Benefits: benefits are competitive, along with a compensation anywhere from $225,000 to $275,000 per year to start (depending on experience and your interview outcome) and eventually moving to a billable hours pay model (much more lucrative).
