Job Title: UX Researcher
Term: Fulltime, Permaneent
Pay Range: $110-150,000
Location: Onsite - Pasadena, Californiav
Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for conducting user research at various stages of the user lifecycle and addressing user research needs from operational teams and other business departments.
- Design and execute highly tailored user research plans according to needs, independently complete requirement communication and analysis, research method design, data analysis, and conclusions, providing valuable outputs.
- Proactively identify current key pain points and business opportunities, and based on this, plan specific research topics. Types of research include but are not limited to: user personas, pain point identification, user experience research, user growth research, and competitive analysis.
- Continuously iterate research ideas and execution plans, refining research methodologies and execution systems.
Qualifications:
- 3 years or more of experience in user research or related fields
- Excellent professional skills: qualitative research (in-depth interviews, focus groups, etc.), quantitative research (surveys, SQL, etc.), and industry competitive analysis capabilities and experience
- Sharp thinking, user-oriented perspective, skilled in uncovering key information, user pain points, and business opportunities from appearances; comprehensive, rigorous, structured, and systematic problem-solving approach
- Strong sense of ownership, good communication and collaboration skills, positive, optimistic, responsible, and accountable
- Bilingual Mandarin and English preferred
