The TEC Group is urgently seeking someone like you to join our client's team and lead the charge in managing design and construction budgets at the start of our building projects.

If you have at least 5 years of experience working on HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems for institutional, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or commercial projects, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll thrive if you're familiar with the fast-paced Design/Build or Design/Assist environments. Your deep understanding of building systems will be crucial as you work to accurately budget these systems from the early design phases.
We're seeking someone eager to deepen their expertise in construction costs, constructability, and the scheduling impact of different designs. Your ability to lead and inspire a team of seasoned engineers and construction managers will be key to ensuring our designs meet budgetary goals.
You'll need a 4-year engineering degree, and while registration as a Professional Engineer is
preferred, it's not a deal-breaker. Experience in building construction would give you an edge.
