HR Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary: $90k to $105k

This role is critical to our continued success, as you'll be managing a wide range of HR functions, from employee relations and talent management to HR systems and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Administer and optimize HR systems such as ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, SAP, and People Hub to ensure efficient processes and accurate data management.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits communication, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and wage and hour laws.
- Lead initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5+ years of experience as an multi-facet HR Generalist and/or management, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience using HR systems such as ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, SAP, or People Hub.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with employee benefits administration and HR data analytics is a plus.
