Vaco LA is working with a client in the Transportation and Logistics industry who is looking for an experience Executive Assistant to support their CEO/President. Key responsibilities will include a 50/50 split of Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant functions. This opportunity is located in Long Beach CA and will be in office at a hybrid schedule. Candidates local to the area are required for this role. This opportunity is looking to pay between 120k-140k on a direct hire basis.

Job Specification:
- Heavy calendaring and schedule managment
- Assisting with taking meeting notes
- Coordinating travel arrangement and expense reporting
- Helping with PA related duties as well
- 8 plus years of prior EA experience required
- Bachelors Degree required
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred but not required
- Strong communication, proactive, and a self started a must
