Our client is a real estate investment management firm specializing in Single Family Rental (SFR) investments. The team of professionals is comprised of capital markets experts, single-family acquisition specialists, fund managers with proven track records of creating stable, yield producing investment products and asset managers focused on revolutionizing large scale portfolio operations.
Position
We are seeking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented financial services client services associate. The Client Services Associate will play a pivotal role in servicing the needs of investors, wealth managers, financial advisors, RIAs and institutional clients. Experience with the investment management industry, a knowledge of alternative strategies, especially real estate would be an advantage. Collaborate and establish strong relationships with internal and external support teams. This role involves synergistic interactions with the investors, and various internal teams, such as capital management, portfolio management, finance, operations, fund administrator, transfer agent, and custodian partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong client service relationship management skills, who can contribute to strategic initiatives, and support group operations with an emphasis on positive client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, RIA’s, LP’s, institutional, and other investors
- Serve as point of contact for all client interactions, questions, and concerns
- Internal advocate for the client
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Maintain and update CRM
- Completes other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree
- Personal integrity and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and client information
- Client service experience within the investment management industry with primary focus on servicing the needs of financial advisors, RIA’s and institutional clients; will consider relevant experience in other areas.
- Team-player, willingness to work within a team structure and partner with internal and external parties
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, collaborative team player.
- Strong time management, planning, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to become expert in our CRM and investor portals.
- Knowledgeable of financial products and market trends a plus.
