They are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of their operations and drive strategic growth.
Job Description
As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Operations Oversight: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of daily operations.
- Customer and Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring exceptional service and timely procurement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, pricing strategies, procurement processes, and vendor management
- Experience working within ERP systems
Location: Reporting to an office in the Greater Hartford, CT Area with flexibility to work remotely 1x/week once ramped up.
