Job Title: IT Project Lead/Manager
Location: Houston, TX (100% onsite)
Duration: 6-12 months contract with High Possibility of extension (expected hours per week will be around 32 hours)

Qualifications
Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Strong Background in project management methodologies and tools, preferably PMP certified
Strong Organizational Change Management skillset
Understanding of Cloud and GGREW IT Compute Environment and industry standard software
General knowledge of analytical tools (Spotfire)
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments
Must be able to prioritize requests and multi-task
Manages tasks to effectively and efficiently complete work responsibilities of self and Others
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in supporting GGREW work (i.e., logging, petrophysics, geologic modeling, Simulation and Drilling & Completions) projects
Experience supporting the implementation of a petrotechnical software
Extensive experience working as an Project Manager, Business Analyst, Change Management Lead
Experience in running Agile Project serving as SCRUM Master role.
Understanding of ADKAR change management model
