Ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of prior employment experience or Civil Litigation experience with a demonstrated interest. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a growing L&E practice and work with clients in a variety of industries across all industry sectors including technology, education, non-profits, for-profit, etc...
You'll gain relevant hands-on experience in advising clients on a myriad of federal, state and local Labor & Employment laws and regulations and have the unique opportunity to practice employment law on both defense and plaintiff's side.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in NY
- 1-5 years of experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state rules
Base Salary Range 115k-150k DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid
