Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations Coordinator to join our team in St. Louis Park. As a key player in our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, solving complex problems, and supporting overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and effective business processes.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address operational issues promptly and effectively. Develop and implement solutions to improve processes and overcome challenges.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Facilitate clear and effective communication to support operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain operational reports, tracking performance metrics and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Support: Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed to support the operations team and broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Career Growth: Demonstrated interest in career development and growth within the operations field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
