Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Select Building Services in Lancaster, PA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, assisting with communication tasks, and utilizing their clerical skills to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
