A nationally recognised law firm with a Tier 1 ranking in Real Estate Law, is seeking a motivated and talented Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic team in Miami. Their Real Estate practice group is a leader in the industry, advising clients on a broad spectrum of real estate matters including acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage real estate deals from inception through closing.
- Assist in structuring and negotiating real estate transactions across various property types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and hospitality.
- Provide counsel on due diligence, title review, zoning issues, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
- Experience in real estate law.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with large portfolio transactions is a plus.
