Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a Global Manufacturing Company located in the Chester County. The ideal candidates should have experience in handling customer accounts and customer relations, provide information and support regarding product, pricing, sales orders, shipment, process PO for customer orders, and coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, warehouse and suppliers to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts and support daily PO processing, handle customer inquiries and update customer on order processing, logistic status, manufacturing status and delivery date.
Prepare quotes for chemical products and send quotes to customers based on customer requirement, communicate with manufacturing, procurement on product pricing, availability, production lead-time, etc.
Coordinate with 3PL to initiate shipment, track shipment for both international and domestic level and inform customer on shipment and delivery date.
Resolve shipping issues (spills, damage, delay, etc) with customer in a professional manner.
Provide product information to customers, manage customer accounts and develop customer relationship and further upsell products.
Create invoice and resolve billing issues with customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Recent work experience in high-volume, fast-paced environment such as Logistics, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Manufacturing, etc.
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent customer service and attention to details
Attention to details and excellent people skills.
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
Able to pass background check and drug test, proven track record of employment history.
