Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Endur, ensuring alignment of both business processes and technical solutions
- Train end users on Endur with a focus on business-specific functions such as oil and gas, environmental, and back-office operations
- Collaborate with a team of analysts to understand and integrate business needs into the implementation strategy
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and improvements during the project lifecycle
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in a functional analyst or similar role, with a focus on techno-functional responsibilities
- In-depth understanding of both business operations and technical processes in oil and gas, environmental, and back-office settings
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Industry experience (oil and gas, environmental, back office, power)
