We are looking for a GTM lead who has experience of growing digital business across existing FS customers. This role will cut across a vast ecosystem of technologies such as digital experience, platforms, UX & UI, cloud, BPM, Data and AI.
About the Role:
- Driving solution led growth of Digital business in named existing FS accounts.
- Building client relationships and addressing the opportunities.
- Being consultative in your selling approach as customers are expecting you to be their strategic digital partner.
- Managing large & complex opportunities and working with cross functional teams in HCL to bring together technical and commercial solutions.
- Engaging with the ecosystem of platform providers, product partners, and other strategic relationships to help in the digital transformation journey.
- Driving solution teams within HCL to come up with market leading solution approaches in Digital and Analytics areas.
Qualifications:
- You should have a track record in building and managing client relationships and shaping client’s digital spend.
- In this role you would be required to carry an annual PnL goal and hence you should have credibility of handling clients of this size and complexity.
- Experience in consultative sales understanding clients digital value chains and bringing HCL’s best to create business outcomes for those value chains.
- Strong business acumen; drive existing and new business through conceptualizing strategies, developing key accounts, establishing strategic partnerships.
- Be collaborative in nature and work with solution teams, delivery team and other units in HCL to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Commercially savvy: understands P&L, targets, revenue and margins, forecasts.
