Job Summary:
We are seeking a Temporary HR Specialist to join our team for a short-term assignment. The primary responsibility of this role is to process payroll using UKG and address any employee benefit inquiries. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll using UKG, ensuring timely and precise payment for all employees.
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and helpful information.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably using UKG.
- Basic understanding of employee benefits and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
