Responsibilities
- Product management: Collect and organize photographed samples for display, proactively procure and organize clothing, accessories, and styling tools, and maintain the sample room.
- Presentation deck preparations and team communication: Participate throughout the process in product selection, inventorying, and styling for photo and video shoots, as well as shooting content creation. Deeply understand and interpret designer requirements internally, and accurately convey requirements to external execution parties.
- Stay abreast of fashion trends and news, drawing inspiration for designers by regularly collecting and organizing looks photos from the internet.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in film production, fashion, or related creative majors.
- 1+ years of experience as an in-house stylist for women's fashion brands
- Have basic knowledge of photography and videography to meet the needs of the partners, actively participating in work guidance.
- Be able to provide guidance and oversee the color control of images by considering various elements such as graphic design, layout, product characteristics, and props.
- Be able to design and guide the match of makeup and clothing styling for models.
- Be able to create logical and aesthetic visual photography plannings with textual descriptions to provide accurate shooting plans and guidance to partners.
Salary
- hourly fixed fee ($30-$45/hour)+ performance based bonus
