Full Stack to Front End Engineer - AdTech Leader
(will be about 70% front end)
Palo Alto, CA (you can work remotely up to 3x/week)
The company is publicly traded and is rapidly growing. Its products are in the realms of mobile, gaming, b2b2c, and adtech.
Within its product segment, the company is increasingly taking market share from Facebook and Google. There are only about 20 companies in the world with comparable scale as this company, but unlike most of those companies, this company only has about 80 engineers!
The company will pay up to $200k in salary, plus RSUs which could lucrative.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintain high-quality user interfaces with React.
- Optimizing web pages to ensure a responsive and performant user experience.
- Implementing best practices for front-end development, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
- Keeping up to date on the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX and web development.
Qualifications:
- Passion for creating seamless and engaging user experiences, especially on mobile web platforms.
- High motor and strong work ethic.
- Passionate about making a high impact, rapidly growing as an engineer, and being a high achiever in a high-performance, fast-paced culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of proven experience as a Front End Engineer with React.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- Java.
- Experience working on very high traffic web applications.
