• Location: Plano, TX

Background Requirements
• BSEE required, MSEE and PhD preferred.
• At least 10 years of hands-on analog and power design experience in a power management related field such as LDO, ideal diode controllers, DC/DC converters, low drop-out regulators, or LED lighting.
• Proven track record of releasing products to market.
• Sound knowledge of thermal management.
• Excellent technical bench evaluation skills.
• Strong device physics background a plus.
Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop cutting-edge analog and power integrated circuits.
• Work closely with customers and dynamic teams across product marketing, applications engineering, and new product development.
• Be involved in all stages of product development—from feasibility and specification to design, layout, and final release.
• Balance design schedules, performance, cost, and quality to deliver top-tier products.
• Provide valuable support to customers, helping them integrate the company’s groundbreaking products.
