Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor at Denny Menholt Honda in Bozeman, MT. The Client Advisor will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing top-notch customer service, and handling direct sales of new & used vehicles to customers.
Qualifications
- Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
- Customer Service knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus
- Organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- Ability to strike up conversations with new customers
