Technical duties and responsibility
Administer Windows, Windows Server and Linux Based Systems
- Support servers, desktops and clusters
- System imaging and patching
- End user application installation and support
- System software installation and support
- Security product installation and support
- Software licensing
- Basic hardware support
- Basic networking capability
- Problem solving capability
- Monitor system health, logs, configurations, compliance
- Generate system documentation
Requirements and qualifications
- Preferred Certifications: MCSA, CompTIA A+, Security+,
- Available to work on site
- Five of years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent team player and capable of working independently when necessary
- Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
- Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- Forward thinking recommend new products and technologies as appropriate.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
