Job Description
The Functional Consultant is responsible for business process consulting and delivering quality service and solutions to clients by understanding client needs and implementing a solution that provides successful results and outcomes for the client This position acts as a liaison between technical and nontechnical staff to ensure the solution meets the client’s business needs and highest standards
- Expertise in Salesforce Service, Experience Cloud with proven record on at least 2 salesforce implementations
- 8 to 10 years of experience in requirements gathering stakeholder management organizing the business needs and creating the roadmap for the team
- Working experience on end-to-end SDLC for at least 2 implementations
- Need to have excellent communication both verbal and written Detail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies
- Exposure to the Service Cloud of Salesforce with expertise in configuration , customization on Salesforce
- Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories
- Assist planning and coordination to keep the project on track
- Develop proposed solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives
- Good exposure to DevOps model of working and knowledge of tools like Copado Azure Devops
- Understand the intended audiences for the solution purpose of engaging these audiences and validate against objectives and success metrics
- Communicate any updates of project status and elevate project concerns to Project Manager
- Provide future looking solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming Salesforce releases
- Identify internal and project process improvement opportunities
- Participate in and lead client facing Sprint demos and requirement gathering
- Well versed with ServiceNow Jira Azure DevOps or any other Scrum framework sprint management tool to manage the user stories and guide the developers and testers on the requirements
- Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services
- Having very good experience in creating wireframe and business process flow diagram
