Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations within the recruitment and onboarding cycle
- Provide administrative assistance to the larger recruitment team
- Compile and update employee records
- Schedule interviews, screen resumes, and prepare interview and offer documentation
- On-board new permanent employees, temporary employees, and interns
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate Human Resources projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
- Assist recruiters with sourcing and maintaining database accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience
- Previous experience and proven success in an Administrative, HR or Staff Assistant position with relevant administrative and coordination experience
- Previous financial services experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an ability to demonstrate confidentiality and good judgment
- Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Experience with HRIS or CRM systems including Salesforce is a plus
