JOB SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator will assist and support the needs of the Human Resources department with primary support to the HR Specialist and Associate Director of Benefits. Major responsibilities include general HR and benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding procedures, invoice and expense coordination and special projects. The ideal candidate must be professional, maintain a high level of confidentially and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General HR/Benefits Administration
- Facilitate Onboarding/Offboarding
- Complete Employment Verifications
- Monthly HR and Benefits Invoicing
- Purchase Employee Gifts
- Assist with New Hires and Orientation
- Assist with Open Enrollment and Wellness Events
- Audit HR, Benefits and Payroll Documents
- Draft Communications
- Maintain Personnel Files
- Assist with Evaluation Process
EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Recent college graduate or at least one year of work experience preferred
SALARY
$60,000 - $70,000
