Their main focus is to process orders, provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about their products and pricing.
This role supports the sales department through administrative tasks, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and reports.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service.
* Manage and organize sales data, tracking orders, and ensuring accurate records.
* Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective communication.
* Maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is a plus.
