Maintenance Manager (Melt Shop)
Beaumont, TX (will provide relocation assistance)
Salary is $130-140K
My steel manufacturing client is looking for a Maintenance Manager who has specifically worked in heavy manufacturing. We have a very strong preference for someone who comes from the steel manufacturing industry and specifically worked in a 'melt shop'. We will provide relocation assistance to Beaumont, TX.
This position will be responsible for work methods and procedures for breakdown and preventative maintenance programs, maintenance inventory, hiring, training, safety, etc.
Candidates need to have the following to be considered:
- 8+ years of Maintenance experience (must have heavy manufacturing experience)
- Engineering Degree in a related field
- Strong leadership experience managing large teams (30+ people)
- Strong preference for steel manufacturing industry experience in a melt shop
