Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and validating lithium-ion cells.
- Knowledge of typical battery manufacturing methods like ultrasonic welding, laser welding, heat sealing, etc.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software, preferably Solidworks.
- Skilled in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), including tolerance stackup analysis.
- Capable of predicting cell properties (e.g., capacity, energy density) based on electrode properties.
