A 30+ room boutique hotel and restaurant operation located in Oak Creek Canyon is accepting resumes from qualified candidates for the position of General Manager. The direct responsibilities of the General Manager include the day to day management of the Resort, financial performance and operating expense control, associate leadership, guest relations, maintaining established standards of accommodations, and working with a team on revenue generation.
Qualified candidates will have a proven record of hands on hotel leadership with at least 2 years’ experience in a management position in a similar operation, experience and understanding of financial management and financial results, a history of team building and associate relations, a commitment to excellence in guest service and guest relations, and excellence in writing, speaking and listening skills. Additional requirements include a passion for hospitality, an outgoing, energetic and engaging nature, the ability to work varied hours and days and the ability to multi- task. Hands-on working knowledge of all operating systems a must.
