The Judge Group is Seeking an Experienced Maintenance Manager for a Food and Beverage Manufacturer We are Partnered with in the Gurnee, IL Area. This Role Requires Previous Maintenance Management Experience in a Food Manufacturing Setting and Prefers a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Facilities and Machine Preventative Maintenance and Repair.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production for Scheduled Maintenance of Machines.
- Machine Set Up for New Product Lines.
- Train and Develop Maintenance Team and Cross Departmental Team Members.
Qualifications:
- 5 Year's Experience in a Maintenance Manager Role in a Food Manufacturing Setting.
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical Preferred).
- TPM Knowledge and Experience.
- Lean Belt.
