ROLE – SAP Finance Business Analyst/Project Manager

MAIN SKILLS – Experience in program management, deep understanding of SAP, Invoicing, and Trade In operations - ideally in an Apple context
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in program management - maintaining a strategic plan and schedule, informing, and advising stakeholders, reviewing the status and progress of each deliverable, ensuring the quality of outcome for key deliverables.
- Have a deep understanding of SAP, Invoicing, and Trade In operations - ideally in an Apple context.
- You can prioritize strategic objectives which optimize for speed, cost, and environmental impact while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes.
- Must have phenomenal presentation skills with a keen eye for detail, and expertise in synthesizing complex information for a wide range of audiences.
- Obsess over the customer experience and are particularly curious about how to deliver new experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
Job Description:
• Review and assess the invoicing flow to identify process improvements and technical enhancements.
• Provide ongoing analytical assessment of the opportunity and communicate to cross-functional leaders.
• Build out technical requirements and rollout new SOPs to support business improvement opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and rollout new initiatives that drive business growth and scale.
• Setup reporting and business updates to monitor program performance.
• Support issues and escalations as needed.
