Our client, a recognised leader in global capital markets, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Markets Partner to join their team in San Francisco. The firm has a distinguished reputation for representing issuers, underwriters, and other market participants in a wide array of capital-raising activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and debt offerings.
- Provide strategic counsel to a diverse range of clients, including multinational public companies, underwriters, and institutional investors.
- Advise clients on governance, disclosure, reporting obligations, and securities regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and efficient execution of transactions.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, driving new business development and client retention.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Extensive experience in capital markets transactions, with a strong track record in public offerings, private placements, and debt offerings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex transactions and provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on business development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
